It depends on your needs. The DEEP 30-minute session ($95) is our spot treatment for staying ahead of tight areas. The DEEP 45-minute ($135) is a tune-up that can target 1-2 problem spots. The DEEP 60-minute ($175) is our signature full-body experience covering the complete DEEP Method™ sequence. For extended focus on persistent problem areas, choose the DEEP 75-minute ($210) or DEEP 90-minute ($245) for the ultimate level of relief and release.
