    These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of austindeep.com and the services provided by AUSTINDEEP (“we”, “us”, “our”) at our three therapeutic massage locations in Austin, Texas. By booking an appointment, purchasing a gift card, enrolling in the DEEP Academy, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

    Our services

    AUSTINDEEP provides therapeutic deep tissue massage and myofascial release services at our Austin, Texas locations. Services are performed by licensed massage therapists and are intended for therapeutic and wellness purposes only.

    Our services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. If you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, please consult a licensed healthcare provider before booking.

    Booking and cancellation policy

    Appointments are booked through our online booking system (Mindbody). By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy:

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a late-cancellation fee equal to the full session price.
    • No-shows will be charged the full session price.
    • We reserve the right to charge the card on file for late cancellations and no-shows.
    • Promotional or discounted sessions may have stricter cancellation terms, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to therapist illness, emergency, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.

    Payments and refunds

    Payments are processed securely through Mindbody. We do not store your full credit card number.

    Gift cards and prepaid session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Expired gift cards will not be honored.

    We reserve the right to update our pricing at any time. Pre-purchased packages will be honored at the rate paid.

    Health and safety

    For the safety of our clients and therapists:

    • Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies, or medications that may affect your treatment before your session.
    • Massage therapy is not appropriate for everyone. We reserve the right to decline or modify services if we determine it is not safe to proceed.
    • You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment independently. Minors may receive services only with a parent or legal guardian present and written consent.
    • Our services are strictly therapeutic. Any inappropriate conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, and you will be charged the full session price.

    DEEP Academy

    Enrollment in the DEEP Academy is subject to separate terms and conditions provided at the time of enrollment. By enrolling, you agree to those additional terms.

    Academy course materials are the intellectual property of AUSTINDEEP and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

    Website use

    You may use austindeep.com for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

    • Use the site in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or our systems
    • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications
    • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or collect data from the site without our written consent

    We reserve the right to terminate access to the site for any user who violates these Terms.

    Intellectual property

    All content on austindeep.com — including text, images, videos, logos, and the DEEP Method — is the intellectual property of AUSTINDEEP and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

    Disclaimer of warranties

    Our services and website are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

    Results from massage therapy vary by individual. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes from our services.

    Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, AUSTINDEEP and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

    Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

    Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.

    Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be announced on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
