These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of austindeep.com and the services we provide at our three Austin, Texas locations. By using our site or booking with us, you agree to these Terms.
Booking and cancellation
When you book an appointment with AUSTINDEEP, you agree to provide accurate information and to honor your appointment time. We require [your standard cancellation window — e.g. 24 hours' notice] to cancel or reschedule without a fee. No-shows and late cancellations may be charged the cost of the booked service. Specific cancellation terms are shown at the time of booking.
Communications
By providing your email address or phone number to AUSTINDEEP — through online booking, the contact form, or in person — you consent to receive transactional and marketing communications from AUSTINDEEP. These include:
- Email: appointment confirmations, reminders, post-visit follow-ups, occasional marketing offers, and AUSTINDEEP news
- SMS / text messages: appointment reminders 24 hours before your session, and (if you opt in) marketing messages
Standard message and data rates apply for SMS. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link at the bottom of any message, and from SMS by replying STOP to any text. Unsubscribing from marketing will not affect your transactional confirmations and reminders, which are sent on the basis of your active appointment booking.
Marketing data and tracking
AUSTINDEEP uses third-party advertising platforms (Google, Meta/Instagram, TikTok) to reach prospective and existing clients. By using austindeep.com or interacting with our advertising, you consent to the collection and use of marketing-related information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of first-party cookies on austindeep.com and the sharing of hashed identifiers with ad platforms for the limited purpose of attribution and ad delivery optimization.
API integrations and our internal tools
AUSTINDEEP operates internal marketing operations tools that integrate with our own Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and Mindbody accounts. These tools are used exclusively by AUSTINDEEP employees for the purpose of managing AUSTINDEEP's own advertising and operations. They are not offered, licensed, or made available to any external party.
Health and safety
Massage therapy is generally safe, but it isn't right for every condition. You agree to disclose accurately any health conditions, allergies, recent injuries, or medications that may affect your session. If you're pregnant, recovering from surgery, or have a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking. AUSTINDEEP therapists may decline service if they believe a session would not be in your best interest.
Gift cards and packages
Gift cards and prepaid packages are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash. They may be used at any AUSTINDEEP location for any service of equal or greater value. Specific expiration terms are shown at the time of purchase and comply with Texas state law.
Intellectual property
The content on austindeep.com — text, images, video, logos, and the AUSTINDEEP name and brand — is owned by AUSTINDEEP or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without written permission.
User-generated content
If you post a review, comment, photo, or testimonial about AUSTINDEEP on social media or third-party review sites, you grant AUSTINDEEP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reshare it on our marketing channels with attribution. You can ask us to remove your content at any time by emailing .
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
austindeep.com and our services are provided "as is". We make no warranties beyond what is required by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUSTINDEEP's total liability for any claim arising from your use of our site or services is limited to the amount you paid AUSTINDEEP in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of austindeep.com after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
